The act of ‘smudging’ is a traditional Native American practice used to cleanse and purify spaces using the smoke of burning sacred herbs. Sustainably sourced and made in the USA, this 10cm smudge stick features dried yerba sage thoughtfully handtied into a tight bundle for burning and display. To use, light the end of the sage stick and allow to smoulder, place into a heat-resistant bowl or shell and gently disperse the smoke throughout the area to dispel negative energies.
